This isn't a typical real estate opportunity. We are a brokerage/team hybrid offering the best benefits of working independently as a single agent but with expense-paid and leads. Many brokerages advertise that they give their agents leads but do not perform. We have the resources to help our agents sell 10-20 more homes per year. Many typical team opportunities will micromanage the agent and that is why we are a unique business plan and opportunity for a buyer agent. We will allow our agents to list homes as well but most of our leads will be on the buyer side.

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
