Job description

We are the back end office support for a conglomerate of real estate service companies. Each company within the conglomerate is at least partially owned by our parent company, and strives to maintain the same company culture and values across every sister companies. We currently have two main companies we support, but expect to have 10 in the next 5 years. Our sales team will have the opportunity to sell clients multiple times across multiple services. We already have trust and rapport established, and can leverage that to beat our competition.

Envision Property Maintenance LLC

The company currently offer roof and gutter cleaning, window cleaning and pressure washing.

Envision Renovations LLC

This company mainly focuses on full home remodels and additions.

Envision Deck and Fencing Maintenance LLC

Deck and fence maintenance and repairs

Envision Garage Doors LLC

This company only does garage door maintenance, repairs, and replacements

Envision Painting LLC (pending)

Exterior and interior home painting

BIG PICTURE

The big picture is to have: Envision Landscaping, Envision Painting, Envision Electrical, Envision Plumbing, Envision Heating & Cooling, etc. Once a client has experienced our excellent customer services and quality through one company, they know they can trust any of the companies within the Envision brand to offer the same quality. We can due away with the need for clients to call up multiple companies and vetting them every time they need something done. They know we offer great quality and a great price, and they don't need to look anywhere else.

This starts with the foundation, which is the back end support. As we grow and need more support, we can hire specialized employees to fill those rolls. The key rolls once we reach our full potential will include a Sales Director, Marketing Director, and VP of Operations. As each section needs support, we can hire on additional sales representatives, marketing assistance, and schedulers/office assistants.

CURRENT POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a people person who loves to talk and knows how to create a memorable conversation with a client. Most of the work will include calling and taking calls from clients looking for a bid or estimate. We market to our existing base of customers and there will be an emphasis on outside sales. During nice weather, we also want someone willing to be out walking the streets, knocking on doors in neighborhood where we are working that day. We are looking for a strong self-starter that can help use marketing resources (Facebook, Nextdoor, Craigslist....) that we have not had the time to utilize yet.

Pay

This is a typical commission based sales position. We offer minimum wage for the first month plus commission, and then after the first month, it will only be commission. Our starting commission is 7.5% capping at 15%. We add 2.5% for any jobs that are cold leads you find. Factors that we look at when it comes to commission increases. Hitting benchmarks, maintaining a high close rate, efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond. Estimated income for the first year $35k - $60k.

Our lead Sales Rep has been working for us for over a year, and is on track for $80k in this upcoming year. He comes into the office 3 days a week and manages leads and calls remotely the rest of the week. The more time you put in, the more money that can be made. This is a position where if you are always on and ready to sell, the sky is the limit. This position would be a great starting position for someone wanting to get into sales.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and past client calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills/Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • 4 years in sales, 1 year specific in real estate or services related fields preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales psychology and how to close a deal
  • Someone who has read, or is willing to read the top books available on sales, closing deals, and the psychology of it.
  • Self starter

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
