Job Description: Located in Portland, OR, our client has worked extensively with businesses small and large to develop online brand awareness since 2011. Our team is comprised of award winning designers, marketing strategists, and content creators who understand how to harness digital media as a powerful branding tool. We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep to generate sales by calling small to medium sized businesses all throughout the US and Canada. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to buy advertising on Facebook and/or Instagram. A successful Sales Rep must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be well versed in closing. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. We are rapidly expanding so there is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. Pay has an unlimited earning potential ? $500 sign on bonus ? Very little turnover, we value our employees ? Best scheduled hours in town M-F, 7am to 3pm, & no holidays ? No overtime or having to stay late ? Pay is $16/hr. or 50% commission, whichever is higher, and 10% monthly residuals after training period (great way to build an awesome base based upon your hard work) ? Spiff bonuses ? Average salesperson is easily hitting pay at $6k a month ? Our best selling reps are hitting $10k+ a month ? Motivation to succeed ? Can use a computer to find and prospect potential clients efficiently ? Positive Attitude ? Great on the phone ?
