Job description
This position has the option of being fully remote in the United States if you do not live near any of the following office locations where we currently follow a hybrid work model: San Francisco Bay Area, Salt Lake City, or Seattle.
Reporting into the Head of Sales Enablement we are looking for a Business Analyst to help structure and organize sales deals as well as solve business process challenges in the GTM organization (sales and customer success)
Hearsay Systems is a vibrant, successful, and young company looking to rapidly add new customers in new business verticals and regions within Financial Services. As a Business Analyst, you will use your critical thinking skills and ability to solve organizational information challenges and help the sales team structure their deals properly as they work their way through the pipeline. You will have strong writing and communication skills and have the ability to build relationships with internal business partners to improve business processes. You will work closely with sales, legal and finance teams.

About the Role:
- Improve automation within CPQ processing and contract lifecycle processes by providing recommendations on best practice and integrations within Salesforce.
- Liaison between sales/ customer success and legal on all phases of contract preparation to closure.
- Design and test potential solutions to business process improvement.
- Enhance reporting and data visualizationImprove sales productivity by documenting business processes and key functionality.
- Consistently look for ways to improve over all business processes.
- Review potential technologies to improve business processes.
- Communicate with various organizational levels.
- Increase productivity of our teams by evaluating current reporting within Salesforce and provide recommendations for improvement
About You:
- Articulate and outspoken in person, in writing, and on the phone.
- Curious and insightful about business drivers and priorities; genuinely interested in social media trends and practices.
- Previous software/SaaS sales or relevant experience is preferred.
- Prior experience working with sales and customer organizations.
- Experience in data management and business analysis.
- Experience using Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Growth mindset and a "Get-things-done" attitude.
