The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing organization and help cater to the rapidly increasing demand for our accreditation services. BHCOE's Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying organizations that qualify for BHCOE Accreditation Services, executing communication programs to heighten awareness of the value of BHCOE services, and scheduling meetings with key executives in qualified organizations to discuss the accreditation process. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, leveraging marketing automation, internet research to identify organizations that qualify for accreditation, proactive outreach via email and phone, setting up appointments for BHCOE's senior accreditation consultants.

What you will do:

  • Research to identify organizations that qualify for BHCOE accreditation
  • Collaboratively work with BHCOE's marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies
  • Effective email outreach to organizations that qualify for accreditation
  • Effective telephone outreach to organizations that qualify for accreditation
  • Arranging appointments between senior BHCOE team members and qualified ABA organizations
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity reports
  • Working collaboratively in a high paced, team-oriented environment
  • Assist senior accreditation consultants in preparing proposals and contracts
  • Achieving a defined number of consultation meetings with qualified organizations


Requirements

  • Four (4) year degree and/or minimum of 3 - 5 years of Business Development Representative (BDR) experience.
  • Experience with Hubspot marketing automation software and with salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience with business development via telephone
  • A proven ability to learn, internalize and effectively communicate a new value proposition
  • Must be a team player and willing to work collaboratively in a team
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned goals / quotas
  • A prove ability to effectively manage multiple daily projects
  • Must have strong inner drive, solid work-ethic, and self-discipline
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Outlook
