The Opportunity

As the company continues to grow we are seeking a Customer Data Analyst Intern with a flexible start date between now and January and, for the right candidate, potentially continuing through Summer 2022 as part of Ortho's Summer Intern Program. The Customer Data Analyst Intern will ensure customer data is complete, of high quality , accurate and up to date.

This position can be remote or onsite.

This position is available now (start date is flexible).

The Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to complete , deduplicate and correct customer data.
  • Work with Excel spreadsheet to review, validate and update data.
  • Document action taken for quality control and audit purposes.
  • May include searching for information on the web.
  • May include entering or correcting data in application(s).
  • May include contacting the customer via email or phone (script will be provided) to verify and/or obtain contact data.


Job Deliverables
  • High quality, accurate , complete, and up to date customer data.


The Individual

  • Field of Study: Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics
  • Minimum Year in School: 1-2
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Attention to details.
  • Self-starter who has a professional demeanor, can follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work.
  • Student must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
