As a key driver of business success, you will play a vital role in strengthening and enabling business success through developing and improving processes ran on our tool sets at customer sites.

You will be responsible to understand our customers' needs, while providing process support and subsequent implementation of solutions. With BU alignment we ensure to deliver service and value to meet and even exceed customers' expectations.

You will report to the Sr. Technology manager supporting the US region for the Micron account team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own/manage joint development project to optimize existing ASM products for successful implementation into customer device/integration flows.
  • Process/HW (Thermal/PE ALD, CVD, Epi, furnace) development and troubleshooting. Drive and manage new product introduction and subsequent process development.
  • Data analysis for process/HW development, SPC, or tool troubleshooting/continuous improvement. Determine DOE plan and review experimental results with Customers. Propose and support holistic solutions.
  • Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs (High value problems, device/integration challenge, etc), while also anticipating future needs (future application/development direction) and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders. Ability to clearly define and track to critical milestones.
  • Drive customer communication at different levels on behalf of ASM. Own/Host internal and external meetings. Document key messages and drive them to fruition with autonomy.
  • Understand and build long-term innovative global technology systems that enable enhanced customer relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.
  • Projects manage new evaluations and ensure success of the project. Identifying Process and HW limitations, and where new development by process/HW is required to meet critical success criteria.


Competencies to be successful
  • Strong technical/fundamental background in material science, solid state physics or electronic devices. Semiconductor industry experience preferred. Memory experience is a plus.
  • Well organized individual and illustrating those thoughts and translating plans into action within a matrixed environment
  • Possess the ability to self-direct and prioritize among many tasks required to ensure a successful project
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication (verbal and written).


Requirements:
  • Master Degree or PhD in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of broad technical experience and deep business perspective preferably in the Semiconductor / Capital Equipment industry.
  • Familiar with high complexity low volume environment, RnD development.
  • Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations
  • Experience in managing strategic programs with high level of visibility
