Key Responsibilities

* Provide full-range strategic HR Business partner support to the business unit
* Partner in leading the unit's organizational transformations. Set HR strategy and lead complex change management processes.
* Develop, implement and oversee the various HR solutions and services to support the people agenda, including: talent management, performance management, organizational development, career management, accelerated learning, HR standardization, and internal communication solutions & platforms
* Build management capabilities and leadership development. Provide consultation and executive coaching to the business unit's leadership team, serving as their trusted advisor.
* Oversee all employee organizational life cycle phases within the business unit
* Initiate activities that enhance employees' pride, engagement and wellness
* Provide professional and "high touch" HR support and advisory to employee at all levels
* Collaborate with HR team members on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives
* Ensure effective decision making, particularly related to the human capital of the business. Bringing best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making
* Play an active part in the local implementation of global and cross organizational Sapiens HR processes

Key Skills & Requirements

* At least 7 years of experience in HRBP roles
* Experience working with global teams in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the high-tech industry
* Experience in implementing organizational changes and handling complex change management processes
* In depth knowledge of multiple HR processes and HR disciplines
* Experience with HRIS and benefits administration processes
* Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace; initiative and results-focused
* Self-starter and self-sufficient with a high level of drive and enthusiasm, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Educational Requirements

* BA Degree in an HR-related discipline (Sociology, Psychology, etc.)
* MBA or other post-graduate qualification desirable.
