Human Resources Manager with longevity in HR work experience needed in Limerick, PA! Up to $95,000/year depending on experience!
Job Details for Human Resources Management:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- 8AM-5PM
- Pay Rate: $95,000/year DOE
Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources Manager:
- Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Employment verifications/background checks/drug testing
- Produce all worker's compensation claims
- Assist with OSHA requirements
- Reconcile benefit invoices
- Maintain proper HR files
- Recruiting: Interviews/enhance new hire orientation
- Human Resources Manager will assist all 5 USA locations with HR related matters
Job Requirements for [POSITION]:
- Human Resources Manager must have 3-5 years experience in HR Management.
- Human Resources Manager must have HRIS experience.
- Human Resources Manager must have 2-4 years experience processing payroll.
- Human Resources Manager must have the following:
- 2-4 years' experience orienting new employees
- 2-4 years' experience handling employee issues
