This person will work directly with the Industry Manager and all of the related business and operational functions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and profitability. In conjunction with the Industry Manager, responsibilities include Managing our Oil and Gas team, coordinating with Oil and Gas branch managers, managing the supply chain in concert with Industry Manager and Procurement Group, and directing the sales and administrative requirements to support the business growth. The Business Manager plays a vital role in our growth by leveraging corporate resources to support our dynamic opportunities. This individual will be responsible for 100% order fulfillment and execution. This means that this individual directs the following activities:
- Procurement of raw materials
- Ensures warehousing and manufacturing capacity (equipment and labor)
- Ensures order entry, dispatching, delivery details
- Verifies correct pricing and billing, and ultimately the correct gross profit planned for the order.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Engineering degree, prior sales experience, and Chemical Industry experience recommended.
- 5-10 years working experience in technical sales, sales management, or selling of industrial services
- Experience in implementation of new business areas and Business Development.High energy, independent, team player, ambitious paid.

- Implementation of an Operations & Maintenance Project model within the U.S.
- Maintain key supplier alliances. Conduct joint calls with O&G General Manager, suppliers, management, and sales.
- Negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Identifying and securing of Business Opportunities with existing customers as well as new business growth opportunities
- Evaluates current business performance and maximizing profit and growth opportunities.
- Must be very capable in the use of Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis in Outlook and Excel. Previous experience with ERP and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of competence in written and verbal literacy and conversational capacity.
- Past experience with logistics and supply chain solutions is a benefit.
- Must be willing/able to travel (4-5 days per month, approx).
