Role : ORACLE Business Analyst

Location : Remote

Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description:

  1. Expertise on Financials cloud implementation/assessments.
  2. Will be the IT support contact for the finance team, maintaining and supporting Oracle Financials Release 12.1.3 and other delta specific custom finance appl cations. Ability to articulate a business process and provide functional solutions on the Oracle Financials, Splash enhancements.
  3. Worked on any Oracle Financials Release 12.1.3.
  4. Good knowledge of financial modules Oracle AP,GL,AR,FA and procurement modules PO and iProcurement Knowledge of Oracle SOL
  5. Responsible or closely working with business partners in performing feasibility analysis for various solutions
  6. Responsible or document requirements, identifying change requests, Working closely with the delivery leadership and project management team in developing level of efforts, and support the project planning and execution actives.
  7. Responsible for designing solutions and performing a fit gap analysis between the business requirements and Oracles native functionalities.
  8. Responsible for gathering requirements and design of any custom reports, custom modules as needed. Should support future Oracle financials product upgrades to release 12.2 or 1igher.
  9. Should support business users on Oracles native functionality on modules Oracle Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Oracle Receivables.
  10. Should be responsible for doing any Oracle configurations , Oracle forms personalization and other setups.
  11. Assist and support any Oracle patches upgrade that need to be done as part of system maintenance. Engage Oracle supporting crm call issues and resolve oracle production issues.
  12. Should collaborate with Oracle developers and Oracle OBA teams to maintain and support tl1e appl cations.
  13. Knowledge on Oracle SOL is preferred. Should be able to write SQL queries in the database and trouble shoot issues as needed. Knowledge to debug any Oracle PL/SQL packages as required when trouble shooting production issues.
  14. strong organizational skills, project and time management skills and multi-tasking abilities. strong knowledge of Finance and IT functions and requirements.
  15. strong project management skills to develop and deliver projects basis. should be very good in debugging issues and able to resolve
  16. Knowledge on functional design, configuration change, setup, test and implementation to identify and document Business requirements. Nice to have prior Experiencein DentalInsurance or Health Insurance industry.
  17. A minimum of 10 years related experience with appl cation design and configuration.
  18. Able to working a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  19. Effective time management skills with strong attention to detail.
