Job Description:
Benefitfocus is searching for a Recruiter II to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Manager, Recruiting, this individual will partner with Senior Leadership, Human Resources, and Hiring Managers to deliver innovative and strategic recruiting solutions. This position will require a strong background in identifying, engaging, and on-boarding talent for a fast-growing, high tech company. As a member of the Human Resources team, this individual will be part of a collaborative group. Successful candidates will be high-energy, motivated, action-oriented, and have a competitive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a full-cycle recruiting process including identifying, sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding new Associates to Benefitfocus.
- Source, interview, and facilitate the candidate selection process including partnering with Hiring Managers to determine appropriate offer details.
- Meet regularly with Hiring Managers, Directors, and VP's to provide transparency and alignment of hiring goals.
- Provide guidance and become the Subject Matter Expert for all areas impacting recruiting including On-boarding, Training, New Hire Orientation, and Organizational Design.
- Build a pool of highly skilled candidates to pipeline for critical needs through LinkedIn sourcing, referrals/networking, and other sourcing opportunities.
- Provide leadership and mentoring, as needed, within the Recruiting team and/or throughout the Benefitfocus organization.
- Effectively work with other areas of HR including HRBP's, Compensation, and Operations to positively impact client groups.
- Provide support as a Utility Recruiter across the recruiting organization as needs shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience working in talent acquisition function, 1+ years of technical recruiting experience required
- Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus, with demonstrated effectiveness identifying talent with multiple backgrounds
- Experience building strategic sourcing plans to create long term candidate acquisition success
- Experience using sourcing tools including ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media sites
- Ability to take initiative, high energy, and competitive mindset
- Proven experience partnering with hiring teams to build an effective recruiting approach
- Comfort working with leaders, providing timely & consultative feedback on recruiting best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
