Indotronix is seeking a Employment Recruiter II for a long term Remote Job Opportunity.

Job Description :

  • A motivated, process oriented recruiter with strong client and candidate management skills is ideal for this position.

  • This requires the recruiter to be assertive, work with a sense of urgency, and have a strong work ethic.
  • The Recruiter will: Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional positions, and provide support for other functional areas as needed Manage a high volume of requisitions at all levels of the organization Develop a recruitment plan for assigned program areas Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals Drive the hiring process; actively engage with managers, provide ongoing status of requisitions, advise and influence managers throughout the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner Use candidate relationship management skills to identify, assess, and maintain candidates Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting tools and processes Collabo*** with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and review advertising and sourcing options Conduct behavioral interviews, contribute to candidate selection process, and onboard new employees as necessary Ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition processes and policies, and maintain accu***, auditable employment records Attend local/national career events and **s

Required Skill Set :
  • Typically requires 5 years' experience to include any combination of full cycle recruiting, coordinating, sourcing, recruiting agency Experience with customer and candidate management and relationship building skills Experience supporting remote customers Experience identifying and address root cause of cycle-time bottlenecks

Desired Skills Set :
  • Experience recruiting in a third party agency environment Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, Workday Understanding of employment law principles Experience integrating recruiting best practices within assigned scope of responsibilities Experience managing multiple assignments by providing on-going documentation and status to stake-holders Understanding Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) principles Experience measuring performance to metrics and present findings to a wide range of leaders Experience in a high volume, transaction-oriented recruiting Experience in a corpo***, commercial, agency and/or military contractor environment Demonst***d creative problem solving ability and excellent teamwork skills Demonst***d relationship building, client management and influencing skills Advanced level candidate pre-closing and closing skills with proven ability to determine viable prospects Experience driving innovation to hire critical talent.
