We are hiring a talented Senior Paid Media Programs Manager to design, deploy and report on paid media programs across the LogMeIn portfolio of products. We're looking for someone who understands the marketing mix, can provide strategic guidance and execute effectively. The right fit is someone who learns quickly, can work independently, loves tackling hard problems and instinctively seizes opportunities and brings them to the attention of key stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and report on multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning paid social media, display, remarketing, mobile and video campaigns; Build and implement test and learn media plans and scale campaigns based on evidence of success
  • Partner with paid media and broader demand gen counterparts in other functions (paid search, ABM, webinars and events) to build full-funnel marketing plans to support product strategy including awareness and demand generation activities
  • Proactively manage vendor and agency relationships to drive results in market and efficiencies in programs; identify synergies and constantly stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies
  • Collaborate with web and field marketing teams to support eComm and touch sales targets and growth plans through digital programs and communicate results to key stakeholders
  • Manage quarterly budgets appropriately, on time, and effectively across channels and products
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing teams to drive strategy to accurately target personas, define key opportunities for growth and bring in product messaging to support digital programs
  • Work together with cross-functional teams on creative and landing page development for media campaigns across all stages of the funnel
  • Deliver results of programs at all levels including standardized biweekly/monthly reporting and ongoing ad hoc measurement requests to analyze digital marketing's impact on business goals


Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of direct experience creating and driving successful multi-channel paid media programs; experience with B2B and B2C a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing and driving digital paid media programs is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes and impact of the analysis to a diverse audience from executives to individual contributors
  • Experience using industry leading tools and platforms such as DCM, DV360, Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau etc.
  • Digital native with a solid intuition for translating campaign objectives into compelling digital experiences
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience marketing within a software/technology company is a must
  • Experience working with/managing agency relationships is a plus
  • BA/BS required
