Job Description

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Lead, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday, to join our Technology and Innovation team. This role is responsible for mainly supporting the Recruiting and Talent processes, as well as providing technical and administrative support and serve as a technical point of contact for all Workday related questions.

The role will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing the business with Workday Talent and Recruiting designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to the business requests
  • Manage resources and lead Workday workstreams in fast-paced implementations
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the stakeholder and the project team involved in changes or progress related to the project
  • Configuration of Performance Reviews, Feedback Templates and Calibration processes
  • Awareness of Workday's Feature Roadmap for Talent and Recruiting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Sophisticated reporting and analysis
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Participating in the testing of bi-annual Workday releases
  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
  • Act as a mentor to other team members


Qualifications:
  • Workday Talent Management Certification (preferred)
  • 2+ Years as a Workday Consultant with a Workday partner (preferred)
  • Experience implementing Workday Talent and Recruiting configurations for customers over 5000 employees
  • Ability to autonomously lead Talent and Recruiting workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)
  • Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Talent & Recruiting solutions according to stakeholder requirements
