Chevo is hiring an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and to become a trusted advisor. The analyst shall participate in gathering information from various sources and assemble the information into a comprehensive work product for leadership to make determinations on improvements, reductions and reorganizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external tasking's
  • Prepare monthly meeting agendas
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation
  • Conduct and manage stakeholder interviews
  • Develop project plans (Cost Breakout, Schedule, Performance Tasks) and meet with clients for various requirements as approved by COR
  • Provide management and technical oversight for each project, ensuring quality and best practices are applied to each project
  • Attend GOV PM meetings (when applicable) to discuss project status and possible new projects and initiatives
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of technical deliverables

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Advanced degrees and professional certifications preferred) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Three (3) to Fifteen (15) years' experience
  • Prior experience supporting a Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) program
  • Experience in business process improvement, providing recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and alignment of expectations with strategic goals and objectives
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
