Senior Lead Talent Acquisition In the role of Senior Lead Talent acquisition, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.Responsibilities: Demonstrates expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective mannerManage multiple vendors to facilitate subcontract hiring processInitiate contact via phone or email to gather prescreen information about technology professionals to qualify skillset and candidate alignment with all rolesEnd to end ownership of the recruitment processManaging a team of 3-4 recruiters.Maintains a dialogue with the hiring managers to understand strategy, provide updates and manage expectationsDemonstrates ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic and fast-paced environmentBuilds relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisorNegotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managersQualificationsBasicBachelor's DegreeAt least 8years of relevant experiencePreferredExperience recruiting for a dynamic company Volume recruitingKnowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and performance based interviewing skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities directlyAbility to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlinesFamiliarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systemsInternet savvy with strong research skillCommunication SkillsAnalytical skillsCOVID-19 Considerations:Vaccination required.Masks are required to enter the office.Extra screening, sanitation and disinfecting procedures are in place.Work Remotely:This role is temporarily remote until company's decision to return to office.Note: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
