*** and Chemicals, Inc. a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases with over 18, 000 employees globally, has an immediate opening for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our North America Recruiting team.

We are seeking a qualified Recruiter to join our North America Recruiting team. *** is currently developing our Recruiting expertise in Rural areas near our plants which include several openings for drivers, and we need a new teammate with the passion to help us continue our tradition of hiring great people.

This position works closely with Logistics, EHS, Hiring Managers and HR Operations on hiring initiatives. Do you like talking to new candidates and helping them make a career choice? Come and join our team!

You will be at the forefront of showcasing our programs and benefits to candidates. You will be responsible for utilizing our Applicant Tracking System, Kenexa Brass Ring to track candidates. You will be prospecting, identifying, engaging, and recruiting candidates to be our newest employees. We are looking for someone who has experience developing and implementing strategies to grow a pipeline of candidates to source qualified candidates specifically in remote or rural locations. identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Marketing to understand the areas around our plants and how-to best market and brand our company in those geographies. You will lead initiatives to manage the candidate funnel for specific locations and drive all stakeholders to action and alignment.

This is a remote position, and the work environment is very dynamic with a High Volume of work.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle Recruitment experience
Experience in Transportation industry or Rural Recruiting is extremely important.
Have a demonstrable track record of working within a safety-first environment.
Ability to work under stress, prioritize workload and be self-directed
You should possess a can do attitude with a will do work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment where multi-tasking is important
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Driver Recruiter role
Seeking recruiting and sourcing background
Transportation industry - recruiting in rural areas.
Will be part of their Driver Recruiting team
Recruiting truck drivers (hazmat & tankers)
Remote work - will ship out equipment
Able to handle high volume
Assignment duration - min. 3 months possibility to join their recruiting team full time.
Will work 40 hours per week
Target Pay rate ***-***/hour
