Job description

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

The staffing coordinator is a member of the administrative team. This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and oversight of Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) who are hired for open shifts in residential and day service sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

* Recruitment of DSP staff, posts positions via balancetrak, stage hiring outcomes.
* Manages data base of DSP relief staff.
* Provides recommendations for best candidates.
* Provides onboarding for new hires, through orientation and job trainings.
* Supervises DSPs on relief list. Checks with managers for feedback on staff performance.
* Prepares monthly report on status of job fairs, relief lists, job performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Two-Three Years' Experience providing administrative support in the onboarding new hires, recruitment, applicant tracking software experience, preferred experience in recruitment of direct support professionals in an IDD non-profit residential program.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

* High School diploma, Associates degree in human services field preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*
Two-Three Years' Experience providing administrative support in the onboarding new hires, recruitment, applicant tracking software experience, preferred experience in recruitment of direct support professionals in an IDD non-profit residential program.

* Use of Microsoft Office products.
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
