HR Coordinator


Job Description:

Our client, a global healthcare research organization, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team! The HR Coordinator will establish and maintain strong relationships with managers, employees and HR staff, while completing a variety of HR administrative activities. This is a one year contract opportunity located in Blue Bell, PA.


Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and responding to requests for Medical Accommodations, in partnership with HR Business Partners.

  • Supporting internal audits.

  • Assisting in answering Benefits coverage questions.

  • Assisting in administering new COVID-related policies and updating relevant data in the HRIS.

  • Assisting in resolving less complex issues/ routine queries (referring difficult or complex issues to HR Business Partners).

  • Updating Leave of Absence data in the HRIS.

  • Providing ad hoc or custom reports using excel skills, based on available general reports from HRIS.

  • Creates presentations in PowerPoint for employee training based on areas of experience (benefits, reports, etc).

  • Provides support to the entire HR team as needed, may interface with IT, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, global HR staff as needed.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree preferred.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 1 to 2 years prior experience in business or administration required.

    • Prior Human Resources experience preferred.

    • Must be customer service focused, provide attention to detail with accuracy, flexible, and able to handle a variety of activities effectively.
