Exciting opportunity for Human Resources Generalist - Corporate Recruiter. The HR Generalist - Recruiter will be responsible for leading the HR area for this client. Main responsible for full life cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing through to offer and onboarding along with Employee relations, Benefits Administration and strategy. Responsibilities: • Recruitment - Oversee the full life cycle recruitment process (candidate screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, selection, reference checks, offers, background checks & drug screening, onboarding & orientation) • Employee Relations - Counsel management on employee relations matters and provide performance management guidance, conduct investigations, participate in employee relations meetings, conduct exit interviews, attend Unemployment hearings • HR Policy - Maintain knowledge of industry trends and HR laws to ensure compliance and risk management. Research and draft HR policies • Participate in developing department goals and objectives. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency of related department and services Required Experience: • 2-7 years of HR experience • Bachelor's Degree HR Certifications, a plus • Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulations affecting employment and compensation practices • Ability to effectively collaborate with management and employees of all levels within the organization and maintain positive relationships with other HR team members • Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; Ability to take initiative and be self-directed Able to maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and ethics • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) •ATS experience required For immediate consideration please submit resume to or contact me at
