U.S. Security Care, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to join our team!

The Recruiter will be responsible for providing high-volume, full life cycle recruitment and consulting support to a growing security company. The ideal candidate for the Recruiter position will possess drive and determination to hit recruitment metrics filling part-time, full-time and contract needs, while providing positive candidate experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with management to review, analyze and clarify job specifications, competencies/skills required and gain an understanding of business operations in order to maximize recruitment efforts.
  • Implement and administer a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that is focused on quality, response time and cost effectiveness. Develop active and passive candidate pipelines through research, networking and screening. Organize and keep track of talent and client up-to-date information throughout the hiring lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent - find the right fit.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews, assisting with final offers and on-boarding process. Act as advisor to management regarding legal compliance and resolution of all recruitment selection issues and concerns. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and separated employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal ATS database.
  • Continuously partner with human resources team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Provide coaching to management in the areas of recruitment and hiring to improve organizational effectiveness. Meet regularly with management to understand staffing model and growth projections for the department, office and/or regions.
  • Create and refresh persuasive job ads for open opportunities, and utilize various social media and professional networking platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with colleges/universities, local and regional community organizations, professional associations and industry contacts to identify potential candidates.
  • Prepare candidates prior to their interviews and set them up for success, attend networking events and keep up with industry trends.
  • Assist with other projects that arise within HR and provide administrative support to the HR Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills/Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED, required. Associate or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience recruiting hourly, part-time, seasonal workforce preferred.
  • Ability to execute successful sourcing strategies and maintain strong professional networks as a recruiter and relationships with candidates and internal business partners.
  • Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate dependability, good judgement and problem-solving skills, can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, ATS database management, internet searches and job boards.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations pertaining to employment.
  • Must have ability to travel and work varying schedules as required.
