Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager, the licensed Outpatient Therapist provides therapy and related clinical services to children and families with autism and/or behavioral health diagnosis at the Autism Specialty Outpatient Clinic.


Full time or part time positions are available at the Bridgeville, PA and Washington, PA Clinics.


Responsibilities and Duties: (full description available at )

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy with child and/or adult consumers and their families. May provide education/psychological testing as relevant or needed.
  • Conduct initial intake and assessment of consumers.
  • Participate in treatment planning with supervisory and consultant staff.
  • Establish and implement time sensitive and effective treatment objectives with each consumer and their family when appropriate.
  • Assist and/or teach consumers interactive skills to successfully interface with community involvements such as schools and other agencies.
  • Inform, instruct, and assist consumers concerning the access of appropriate community resources.
  • Identify, develop, and coordinate additional supportive and case management services as relevant to assigned consumers.
  • Maintains documentation for involvement with and contacts made for consumers in the electronic medical record system.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's Degree in a clinical discipline including, but not limited to Social Work, Psychology, Counseling and mental health clinical experience
  • Must have one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • 1 year experience working with children, adolescent, and young adults up to the age of 21 who have mental health disorders and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Act 33/34 Clearances and DHS FBI Clearance
