Job description

The ideal candidate for the Product Manager position will be responsible for increasing company revenue through identifying new drugs/products, commercializing them as well generating new contracts. The manager will also be responsible for identifying, developing new business opportunities, and expanding brand presence. This individual manages existing partnerships, evaluates company business goals, leads cross-functional teams, and executes new business initiatives to produce incremental revenue streams. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate transfer of technical information to senior leaders in pharmacy operations and commercial operations leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for identifying products, including Isotopes and licensing them, as well as gaining access to new lines of product. This would also include its commercialization and contract generation.
  • Researches prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Develop cross-functional teams for the researching, planning, and implementing of new target market initiatives.
  • Collaborates with new partners to develop strong relationships and improve the company's efficiency.
  • Responsible for new business development process for JDR including market and property analysis.
  • In partnership with the legal department, responsible for new business/products contract administration and licensing management.
  • The manager is responsible for analyzing and keeping metrics on supply & demand and overall market dynamics.
  • Assist with the preparation of JDR opportunity proposals and presentations, including descriptive information, graphic charts, and financial analyses, among others.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a solid pipeline of new business/ventures and for managing the full cycle of the business development process.
  • Lead regularly pipeline reviews with partners to ensure accuracy and progression. Conduct regular reviews to identify best practices and refine activities moving forward.
  • Develops and maintains accurate reports and metrics at all times and presents in business review meetings and all other company events, as required.
  • In partnership with the president, pharmacy operations and commercial operations teams, the manager is responsible for building and engaging business partners.
  • Responsible for coordination of training to JDR teams in new lines of product.
  • Supporting revenue targets through sourcing and influencing deals.
  • Coordinate with our operations and commercial teams to develop scalable integrations with new products and partners.
  • Educate our operations and commercial teams on our new partners and the value of these partnerships to our customers and prospects.
  • Develops solution across JDRs teams to support our partners in achieving our jointly agreed goals and objectives.
  • Effective collaboration with the broader Jubilant Radiopharma sales and business development teams to proactively accelerate revenue generation via partner relationships.
  • Drive tactical partner field interaction and deal execution.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned, as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a science field required. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • Business Management (MBA) or Project Management credentials (PMP, or other recognized training) with a strong relevant market and industry experience, strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass company's background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 5+ years in Pharma, Life Sciences or Nuclear experience.
  • 3+ years' business development experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced MS programs experience, especially in Excel and PowerPoint as well as flowchart applications such as Visio.
  • Experienced at developing and delivering highly effective business development, sales and marketing presentations at all levels of the organization including president, CEO and board of directors.
  • Overall excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience generating analytics, incentive models and pricing structures and assessment of opportunities with prospective partners.
  • Creative approach to identifying solutions for partners and clients/prospects.
  • Work cross functionally to support goals.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 45% of the time, if needed.
  • Highly organized and with very effective time management skills.
  • Results-driven orientation, superior client management skills, excellent follow-up and follow-through.
