Our Client is seeking a Recruiter in Coatesville, PA.


Earn a nice base salary at this full-time, direct hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working first shift. Work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days remote.


Position Summary:


The Recruiter drives recruitment strategies, manages the identification and selection of talent from internal and external candidate pools and helps manage the overall recruiting cycle.


Job Description:


  • Manage the recruiting process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to collectively make hiring decisions
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements
  • Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process
  • Establish relationships with local organizations, institutes and establishments to create and maintain talent pipeline for applicable client roles
  • Provide recommendations and best practices to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with 2+ years related experience in recruitment and staffing or 5+ equivalent experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Previous knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiatives
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Follows safety practices and compliance policies
  • Ability to work well with others

Preferred Experience:


  • PHR or SHRM Certification
  • Experience in a fast-paced and growing multi-unit organization
  • Experience in a corporate recruitment environment
