Job Description

This is not just a job, it is the entrance to a career in the mortgage industry!

In this position, you will be prospecting provided leads to assist loan officers while learning the industry and perfecting your sales skills.

The leads provided are internet leads of home-owners who have indicated they have questions about re financing their current mortgages. The goal is to engage them, do a quick pre-qualification and introduce them to a loan officer.

This is a position with a salary, plus monthly bonuses based on the number of transfers and how well they do. Bonuses are not capped! Agents who exceed goal see a first-year income of $50K.

In addition, there is a possible career track to loan officer!

Cross Country Mortgage offers a pipeline of paid leads and the resources to maintain high conversion rates.

Inside sales experience is not necessary. We train!

· Confidence in working on a computer - heavy use of SalesForce, MS Outlook, and other web- based portals

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
