Tandigm Health's High Value Networks (HVN) team is looking for a driven, strategic-minded physician who lives within a commutable distance of the greater Philadelphia 5-county area* (M.D. or D.O. licensure in PA required) to be our Vice-President of Clinical Network Transformation. The Vice-President of Clinical Network Transformation role will give you the opportunity to create, develop, and implement innovative strategies that drive true, value-based programs, particularly focused on our specialist network. You'll get to demonstrate innovative problem-solving and cultivate collaborative relationships with diverse clinical leaders.

* Philly 5-County Area includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The successful candidate will have an office in our headquarters in West Conshohocken, PA, and must be willing to regularly visit our network practices across all five counties.



EDUCATION/LICENSES

Current M.D. or D.O. physician license in Pennsylvania required

Valid U.S. State Driver's License as well as proof of liability and property damage insurance on any vehicle used for business purposes are required
