Job description

Immediate openings for Electrician (Night Con Ops shift 6pm-6am) in Cranberry Township at Kawneer Cranberry, an Arconic Company.

Starting pay between $24.76- $28.89 plus $1 shift differential dependent on experience/qualifications. Con Ops shift rotates days on and off (works 3 days week 1, 4 days week 2, then repeats).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned·

* Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.

* Read, interpret, and execute work orders.

* Identify/look up parts in MP2 maintenance program.

* Troubleshoot independently all types of electrical equipment and control systems.

* Install conduit, wiring, and control equipment and troubleshoot all types of industrial electrical equipment.

* Perform PLC diagnostics and use program to troubleshoot machine malfunctions.

* Set up and perform tests on electrical components.

* Provide improvement to preventative maintenance program by creating task lists.

* Drive root cause analysis and implement long term solutions.

* Make recommendations and updates to equipment which result in an improvement to technical downtime.

* Help train maintenance employees.

* Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments regarding work accomplishments and findings.

* Use hand tools and other required equipment.

* Participate in L1 meetings, perform safety system requirements, log work hours and comments on work orders in MP2 maintenance software.

Basic requirements:

* Technical Degree or Apprenticeship Certification.

* 3 years' experience in an Industrial Manufacturing Environment
