This Data Entry Clerk role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity and is based in Elverson, Pennsylvania.

What you get to do every day

- Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions

- Executing additional tasks as required

- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks

- Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities

- Working with highly confidential materials

- Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met

- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues

Requirements - Produce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

- Command of account reconciliation

- Proficiency in Collecting Payments

- High school diploma or comparable degree

- Strong computer skills including customer database systems

- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
