Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking a Recruiter to help grow and our team and bring in top quality talent to meet the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for recruiting and selecting top quality candidates across companies.

· Ability to travel locally; up to 25% out of office.

· Maintain recruitment guidelines and branding.

· Assist in crafting job descriptions and participate in the position evaluation process.

· Act as a primary go to person for all recruitment efforts for entry level to professional level hires.

· Use creative and innovative methods to source candidates. Manage relationships with search firms and employment agencies; participate in career fairs and industry events.

· Conduct all background checks, reference checks, and other compliance in conjunction with regulatory agency guidelines.

· Create and maintain employee files.

· Maintain recruiting records and documentation.

· Develop and track metrics associated with the recruiting process and quality of hires.

· Conduct pre-screening interviews and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

· Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters and job offers.

· Assist in interviewing and selecting employees.

· Assist in preparing and sending all pre-employment forms.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required

· 1 year experience in recruiting environment preferred

· Experience in Healthcare Recruiting preferred

· Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and monthly performance goals

· Proven track record of timeliness and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
