Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the luxury apartment development division of Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Senior Finance Director to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Finance Director will report to the Senior Vice President/Managing Director, and will be involved in all responsibilities of the Finance & Investment team, including:
* Originate and maintain private and institutional investor relationships as potential sources of equity capital and construction debt
* Capital raising will be focused on apartment development opportunities, and will also raise capital for student housing, hospitality and mixed use
* Execute debt and equity procurement activities in connection with the capitalization of each project from marketing through closing
* Manage the due diligence process for potential equity partners and lenders
* Negotiate the required debt and equity documentation necessary to complete the capitalization stack
* Manage the preparation of all marketing materials as necessary for all capital raising activities
* Manage internal and external constituents to timely execute equity and debt closings

Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field is desired
* 5 years of experience in real estate development or finance, experience in capital raising for real estate development is preferred
* Equity capital and construction debt experience is required
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize conclusions and confidently present well-supported arguments for or against specific investment opportunities
* Highly organized and able to focus under pressure while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
* Goal oriented, self-starter that takes initiative to effect change with continuous improvement in multi-family underwriting process
* Knowledge of or experience with public company considerations in capital structuring is a plus
