If you have experience in web-based or automated applicant tracking systems, Understanding and execution of direct and indirect recruiting methods, including cold-call recruiting, demonstrates experience recruiting, screening, and interviewing non-exempt and exempt-level candidates, experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment for professional positions; preferably in a manufacturing environment, you are encouraged to apply.
