If hired, you will work closely to support a top producing real estate team in the Montgomery County area that is looking to grow their business. You will play an integral role in day-to-day operations and position us for growth. You do NOT need to be licensed, though an understanding of the real estate process is helpful.

The right candidate will need to enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment, creating and executing checklists and procedures, and will be able to follow directions while also working autonomously on certain projects. You need to be coachable and a fast learner who can think ahead and take ownership of your work all while anticipating what is needed and communicating that back to the team leader and agents.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company's high standards
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed
  • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings

  • Coordinate post-agreement details to a successful closing
  • Handle conveyancing of properties including ordering certifications
  • Possibly attend inspections and closing on rainmaker's behalf
  • Work through seller inspection repair items
  • Call for listing feedback
  • Follow-up with, set, and confirm appointments for rainmaker
  • Send thank-you notes after appointment
  • Immediately respond to listing leads and requests
  • Immediately respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Manage and oversee operations of office
  • Complete transaction checklists
  • Prepare and process paperwork
  • Update and interact with CRM
  • Communicate with clients, vendors and other agents
  • Coordinate sign placement and open houses
  • Coordinate pre-market seller preparations
  • Assemble appointment presentation packets
  • Help to create and execute marketing programs for target niches
  • Order marketing pieces to include postcards, flyers, letters
  • Create and post social media marketing
  • Assist with creation of newsletters and mailers
  • Assemble closing gifts
  • Light event planning
  • Attend networking or other industry functions on occasion
  • Train new team members in paperwork and systems
  • Schedule closings
  • Order deed packages
  • Submit costs for ALTA to title companies and review for accuracy
  • Keep admin tracker up to date
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Prepare birthday cards and client gifts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Technologically savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience in databases of all kinds
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in real estate preferred
