Due to expansion, Crossroads Commercial Development is searching for a talented and experienced person to join their Commercial Real Estate Development team. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". This person has a strong desire for perfection. You MUST consider yourself an organized person. This position provides support to the CEO and will be the face of the company. This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a variety of key compliance policies and procedures.

The correct person for this position will proactively handle challenging people/situations, and be accommodating with a supportive attitude. They will have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and comfort with routine. They must be relaxed, steady, and work at a methodical pace while using proof/facts and a high level of objectivity/impartiality in their actions and decision-making. They must have the ability to work with facts and technical information, have a strong attention to detail, be cooperative, and work "by the book." They must establish and nurture personal relationships and must be comfortable with personal conflict that may arise. The individual must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

  • Handling client and vendor requests and queries appropriately.
  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all Commercial Real Estate transactions.
  • Provides technical/clerical support and guidance to business units affected by existing laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for data collection, validation, and reporting activities within the company.
  • Keeps abreast of and analyzes new and pending laws and regulations.
  • Accurate banking and accounting service.
  • Computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial Real Estate experience.
  • Law experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Computer input.
  • Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P).
  • Systems implementation.
  • Handling all Company credit cards and check writing.
  • Obtaining month-end reports from multiple offices and maintaining budgets for them.
