As an Executive Recruiting Manager, you will play an essential role in fueling Bimbo's growth with extraordinary talent. We are seeking a Recruiting Manager who will drive the success of all Executive Level Recruitment and cultivate a diverse talent pipeline to fill open executive level roles within the organization. This is a high-impact role that requires an individual that possesses excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, and presentation abilities. These skills will be used to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, deliver recruiting solutions across multiple business areas while providing data driven recruitment strategies in support of corporate diversity initiatives. Candidates must be comfortable, working in a demanding, fast-paced, growth environment with a positive entrepreneurial culture. Key Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute full lifecycle executive recruiting
* Support and partner with Sr. Executive teams to develop strategy to engage diverse talent for the organization
* Executes Diversity, Equity and Belonging recruiting strategy and programs and practices free of bias for or against any individual or group of candidates.
* Leveraging Diversity, Equity & Belonging initiatives, ensures alignment & collaboration across recruiting, retention and succession planning efforts
* Partners with Head of Diversity, Equity and Belonging, salaried recruiting team, business leaders and external partners to develop, launch and align programs, processes, partnerships and supplier relationships
* Identify sources of diverse talent pools for various levels and functions, online talent communities, referral generation etc. cultivates relationships to develop network and pipeline of potential talent (e.g., network groups for specialized professions, alumni groups, industry groups, etc.)
* Conduct proactive talent mapping within various target companies and adjacent industries
* Proactively partner with Talent team to develop workforce planning strategies and participate in annual talent sessions
* Responsible to gather and analyze diversity metrics for salaried recruiting and propose key actions based on data trends.
* Recruiting Technology: Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle) Super User, Job Aggregators, Testing and Assessment, AI and Automation, Video Interviewing
* Drive consistency in behavioral based interviewing practices
* Continuous Process Improvement - tracking, evaluating results, and acting
* Strategically partner with internal HR and hiring teams helping them to define, develop and implement campus recruiting strategy that matches their business needs
* Educate and partner internally to drive executive recruitment strategies by being seen as a talent advisor to support building the bench for the future
* Create and build relationships with reputable external partnerships across the nation and brand Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU) as an employer of choice
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Labor Relations or equivalent
* 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or strategic roles with exposure executive level placement
* Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing and partnering at all levels of a company in a corporate setting
* Understanding of development and execution of Diversity Recruitment practices
* Highly organized, with strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
* Understand and experience in advertising to and sourcing candidates in multitude of creative ways including social media channels
* Excellent written and oral communication skills along with a desire and ability to develop relationships and network
* Skilled at using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as applicant tracking systems
