Compliance Project Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all the aspects of a project including: defining scope and objectives; planning, scheduling, coordinating, reporting; Project risk identification, mitigation, and communications
• Involving relevant cross-functional stakeholders to ensure feasibility, clarity and success criteria of key deliverables are understood and communicated.
• Planning and driving areas of cross-functional collaboration required to ensure that the organization is ready to support and adopt new tools and processes.
• Working cross-functionally to: Review the design of new features to identify risks and controls and understand the security of client data and systems integration; Implement reporting controls and alerts to support effective measurement and management of compliance with Qlik policies for key stakeholders.
• Assisting with risk governance and control by identifying, assessing, and documenting compliance risk and controls that provide early warning of potential failure to meet compliance requirements, and escalate as appropriate.
• Interpreting and acting on compliance reports while interacting with external/internal auditors.
• Reviewing and updating compliance policies, standards, guidelines, and processes as needed.
• Driving operational processes and procedures optimization while maintaining quality standards.
• Conducting analysis and partnering with business stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study.
• 4+ years of work experience with a combinations of compliance initiatives, project management, and/or business analysis.
• Experience working in software/technology industry.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, listening, presentation and writing skills.
• Experience organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams in a software company.
• Fully qualified with practical experience of applying industry practices and solutions to creatively solve a wide range of issues.

The role is located in the US.
