HR Coordinator - Contract / Possible Temp to Perm

Our client, based in King of Prussia, PA, is in immediate need of an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support for their HR Lead. The HR Coordinator will handle tasks such as HR documentation, filing, responding to emails, scheduling, and more.

This is a full-time, contract position with possibility of temporary to permanent hire. Work can be done via a hybrid schedule (two days in King of Prussia office / 3 days at home.)

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and possess a helpful attitude.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain and update HR files and documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts (scheduling interviews, offer letters, etc.)
  • Provide general office administrative support (filing, scheduling, emails, etc.)
  • Support the HR Lead with related HR projects, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:


Required Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative role, HR experience desired
  • Proven administrative and coordination capabilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Helpful, attentive to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Technically strong with Microsoft Office skills; ATS and HRIS experience is a plus
