Robert Half Technology is inquiring an Interface Analyst for a client in the Reading, Pennsylvania area. For consideration, please apply below and contact me directly - Abigail Fox ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Takes requests for new or modified changes from users or electronic ticketing system (receives assistance to identify scope, create business requirements, user specifications and coordinates programming changes with ancillary systems). • Troubleshoots simple to moderate issues from users. • Assist in developing and executing test plans to support requests and troubleshooting. • Coordinates system installations with end users, ancillary vendors, and IT staff. • Support Operations and user areas in resolving interface issues. • Provides daily support and monitoring to ensure application(s) is/are functioning correctly and efficiently. • On-Call support during core day hours, after hours and weekends (rotation of duties). • Complies with implementation, operational support and change control policies and procedures. • Ensures compliance with LG, department and team standards (technical, coding, naming conventions). • Executes and/or monitors system and ancillary systems during maintenance and downtime. • Provide appropriate issue escalation to peers or Manager. • Documents downtime and other application related metrics.

Requirements

·B.S. in computer science or approved equivalent combination of education and work experience. ·Epic Certifications as required by Information Services to support the business. Certification will be offered and provided by LGH and must be obtained within 6 months of role entry and within three (3) exam attempts. ·Two (2) years of programming experience. ·Experience working with Clinical areas to develop interfaces. ·detail oriented experience in HL7 and CCD knowledge. ·Experience in healthcare and knowledge of medical terminology and workflow. ·Project management experience and skills.
