Overview:
Primary responsibilities will be to oversee the development and delivery of all Consumer and Commercial Banking and Operational training and professional development programs, including Sales Learning, Job Readiness, targeted Onboarding, and Systems. The incumbent will engage business leadership and key stakeholders to analyze learning needs, identify gaps/opportunities, develop content, determine the most effective delivery methods, and evaluate outcomes toward a culture of constant improvement. The incumbent will also manage and direct a team that ensures alignment to business goals, objectives, effective program delivery, and adherence to established facilitation standards for virtual, classroom, and blended learning.
The location for this position is flexible within or near the Fulton Bank footprint of DE, MD, NJ, PA and VA.
Hybrid opportunity (weekly combination of onsite and work from home)

Responsibilities:
Oversee program development through management of a team, engaging subject matter experts for content development. Partner with internal stakeholders, analyze and evaluate program effectiveness, develop learning plans, evaluate external vendor solutions, and negotiate related agreements and terms. Maintain own portfolio of programs aligned to Consumer, Commercial, and Operational learning needs.
Plan, manage and evaluate the work of direct staff, establish performance goals and objectives, provide coaching and development, partner with Human Resources to resolve direct and escalated employment matters.
Strategically align learning program management functions with learning operations team and instructional designers. Partner with department operations to effectively manage incoming learning needs, establish efficient processes for program management and instructional design partnerships, and build a cohesive program reporting and metrics strategy for Consumer, Commercial, and Operational job readiness and sales programs.
Partner with Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank, and Operational leadership to analyze learning needs, identify skill gaps and opportunities, define program goals, objectives, and key metrics, develop content, and determine effective delivery methods. Target applicable locations, business functions, jobs and incumbents, reporting on outcomes. Negotiate project scope, resources, and timeliness of deliverables to ensure cohesive learning plan and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education
Required Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience education, organizational development, or other applicable field
Experience
7 or more years master facilitator, instructional design, program management, and managing staff required
Strong technical skills requiredFamiliarity with Salesforce preferred
