The Sr. Project Coordinator is a supporting role between the Project Management Team, Lab, Operations Team, and Warehouse Team.

The Role
- Acting as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to customer questions and observations.
- Advocate for the client with respect to their project.
- Prepare and manage a Project Plan to meet required milestones.
- Lead meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion.
- Deliver the project within agreed upon timeline and budget.
- Provide notification of milestone completions for billing to finance.
- Understand timelines and tasks required for studies in order to set up projects within metrics systems, track projects in tracking systems and enter data and maintain projects in tracking systems, and scheduling tool
- Assist with the generation of written instructions for the manufacture/packaging of each batch of material, ensuring full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice.

The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Advance Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to climb steps and ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Ability to wear safety shoes when applicable.
