As a Production Superisor, you'll work with a terrific team of CS employees ranging from long timers to those who have more recently joined us. You'll help in Making Buildings Better and work on some of the most iconic buildings in the world, including the Statue of Liberty, Oculus Transportation at the World Trade Center, Burj Khalifa, the Notre Dame Football Stadium, the Lewisburg Children's Museum, and more!

What You'll Get to Do:
As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead by example. You'll assign and direct work, you'll train and develop your group and assuring quality, quantity, and cost of production meeting goals and delivery dates while paying attention to details and ensuring the safety of your team. You'll communicate clearly and work with your team to establish production goals and work schedules and to coordinate flow between departments.

When You'll Get to Do It:
Your team works the hours of 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday, with some overtime during the week and the potential for overtime on Saturdays-typically voluntarily. Your hours may extend due to supervisory duties, interviewing, meetings, etc.
What You'll Bring:
As a successful production supervisor, you'll bring your 3 to 5 years of demonstrated track record of leadership, collaborative, communications, interpersonal, and time management skills. Your skill as a servant leader will make you stand out.
