We are looking to hire PTAdministrative Accounting Assistant with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The Bookkeeper must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Top candidates will be critical thinkers who are continuously looking to improve.:

* Basic bookkeeping functions with oversight/support from external accounting team
* Accounts Payable management
* Accounts Receivable management
* Expense Reimbursement management
* Maintain general company email addresses and various requests/documentation that come through
* Assist with administration of payroll and employee benefits
* Assist with risk management contracts
* Assist CEO with various renewals and applications (particularly those related to benefits & licenses)
* Assist CEO in hiring and termination documentation
