Job title: Senior Director / Director - Business Development

Location: North Wales, PA (hybrid)

Key responsibilities

· Establish a Go-To-Market plan, including:

· New Business Development and Account Management of Named Accounts

· Commercialization strategy and key messages.

· Assess segments, channels, value proposition, competitive differentiation, and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage.

· Deal Shaping, Qualification, and Negotiate to Close

· Excellent presentation skills, confident and articulate.

· History of exceeding quotas and high earnings through relationship selling and strategic account management.

· Optimistic outlook toward all activities and seeks out social interactions to build long-lasting relationships.

· Professional appearance and outstanding people skills are a must.

· Consulting Services Sales experience (7- 15 yrs min ).

· Good understanding of the East Coast market and established relationships in the region

· Good understanding of ERP, CRM, BI, Integration, Application Development, QA & Managed Services portfolio of services ( Oracle, NetSuite, Service Now, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Technologies, Java, etc.)

· Strong affinity to follow corporate processes and capture activities: Salesforce CRM, Sales methodologies.

· Consistent Performance in achieving his/her yearly target.

· Will be responsible for the given Territory / Accounts and create rapid top-line growth to meet revenue and profitability targets

· Will create Sales strategies and tactics including ABM, lead generation, and account mining

Qualifications

· Passionate and interested in understanding core level customer needs and motivated to help customers achieve their objectives

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must - with the ability to summarize and convey key insights

· Experience using emerging innovation trends to improve or create new technologies, products or services
