Job description

We are looking for a sharp, experienced account executive who has strong organizational skills and pays close attention to detail. The candidate should be familiar with pharma regulatory requirements, have experience in digital marketing, and be able to independently drive and manage projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Corresponding with the client on a daily basis to ensure promotional needs and tactical programs are being implemented
  • Project estimating, creative brief development, management of the creative development process
  • Providing clear and complete direction on all projects, directing agency team meetings, and working closely with Finance and Senior Management to monitor cost vs. estimate on all jobs
  • Reviewing all jobs for consistency with agreed-upon client direction
  • Supporting a strong and strategically focused client/agency brand team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of advertising agency experience, in an account management role
  • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, in advertising, sales, or product management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively
  • Strong understanding of how to present agency concepts to the client in a persuasive manner and guide client to well-considered responses and requests
  • Product launch experience helpful
