Trainee/Graduate Tech Recruitment Consultant - OTE $100k per annum within 2nd year

Established in 2018, Adapt Talent is a fast-growing Technology Recruitment Startup based in Philadelphia, London and Los Angeles. We focus on US eCommerce and Artificial Intelligence clients from our UK and US offices. Our clients include the likes of Universal Music, TikTok and Disney.

We are seeking several Graduates/Trainee Recruitment Consultants that can become our next wave of successful recruiters. No experience is needed, we will train you from day one. We need individuals that are resilient, eager to learn, and always thinking outside of the box.

Our 2019/20 junior/graduate hires are all on target to earn 100k per annum within their 2nd year. If you are focused and driven from day one, there isn't any reason you can't achieve the same.

Our trainee scheme

The Adapt Talent graduate trainee scheme is designed to completely train and work with applicants from day one to support and mentor you into becoming a successful recruiter.

We start each year with an intensive four-week training course for our new group of graduates. During these four weeks, you'll work with one of the company directors to understand our business and our core markets and you'll get some hands-on experience with the day to day tasks that your role will progress to.

Once complete, you'll shadow one of our consultants, working closely and sharing deals to ensure you're fully comfortable and have all of the knowledge and training you need.

Adapt Talent is a close-knit team, starting each morning with an overview of our day, giving any one of our consultants the chance to work with and help one another - not compete against each other.

Adapt Talent Recruitment trainee Package

· Base salary of $35k+

What you will be doing

· Create strong person and company branding

· You'll be recruiting in the e-commerce and AI industry

· Find and match the best candidates to our client's needs

· Continually develop and grow your own market knowledge to become an expert within the sector

· Consult our clients on how we streamline processes which in turn, increases their recruitment efficacy

· Network with clients and candidates to build our business

What we need from you

· Strong written English and communication skills

· Ambitious, hardworking and goal orientated

· Great work ethic

· Educated to degree level (this is not a requirement, we will be considering applicants without a degree with good experience to join the team)

The finer details

· Based in our office in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia

· Office hours are 9-6pm, early finish on Friday and remote working / flexible hours
