KRG Enterprises, Inc. is a privately owned and operated turn-key supplier of custom retail fixtures, store environments, food service and architectural millwork located in Philadelphia, PA. located in Philadelphia, PA, United States.
Privately owned and operated custom store fixture and millwork manufacturer seeking entry level Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be expected to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of jobs from beginning through completion. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal communication skills to assist in customer service to ensure that client satisfaction is achieved. Individual must be able to multi-task and work efficiently. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to dynamic customer needs.
Working remotely is NOT an option. You must be willing to be stationed in the Phila area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with project managers to assist with daily tasks
· Interactive role with production team requiring occasional duties on factory floor
· Set up job files to safeguard that all project information is documented properly
· Enter and prepare sales order acknowledgements
· Confirm work is being completed on time and to the standards per contract
· Certify that all financial records for the project are up to date and aligned
· Prepare shipping documents for customer orders (i.e. picklists, bill of ladings, commercial
documents)
· Communication with customers to ensure successful completion of project requirements
Job Requirements:
· Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn
· High Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
· Ability to learn companies' in-house ERP system
· Strong customer relationship management is necessary with the ability to organize details
for simultaneous projects
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work in a concise organized manner
· Understanding of store plans, construction details, and retail environment elements an
added plus
· PMP Certification an added plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
