Job description
Small but growing real estate investment and Management Company in Philadelphia is looking for a full-time real estate assistant. Would be integrated with existing property management personnel and business systems.
License is not required, but licensed realtor/real estate agent/salesperson will be given preference. Located within Philadelphia also preferred. Must have a car since candidate will need to drive around the city to different locations. Candidate must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays throughout the month.
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: take incoming phone calls, interact with tenants & municipalities over email and phone, appointment scheduling, data entry/bookkeeping of utility bills, interact with online project management software and property management software. Instructions will be provided. Candidate would work with existing personnel to help keep projects on track and update information in online databases.
Candidate must be very detail oriented and reliable, self-motivated, able to follow instructions but also make proactive suggestions for procedure improvements. Must be responsible, accountable, take ownership of assignments, and get to know the business. Must have familiarity with office procedures and software, with ability to complete work with integration of basic email, Word and Excel, Google Docs, etc.

Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Prior experience with a real estate property management software is a benefit.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour

Pay: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
