What does a Sales Associate do?

Sales Associate main goal is lease cars with an outstanding service experience for our customers. You don't need previous experience! We will train you to succeed if you have passion for customers and sales. Whether is by phone or person, as sales associate you will interview customers, qualify their needs, present our program, resolve any questions making sure that our customers understand each component of our sales process, presenting vehicles and processing paper work. In addition our sales associates will work attracting future customers.

Salary Structure:
You can make between $30,000 and $40,000 a year
Base Salary: $24,000
Uncapped monthly commission opportunities
