A leading healthcare company is seeking a Director of Offensive Security to join its team. The Director of Offensive Security will manage a team of penetration testers, focusing on providing accurate assessments of the company's networks, systems, and applications. The Director will have a strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices as well as team building and leadership skills. The individual will also be responsible for conveying security threats to teams technical and non-technical, communicating the potential business risk and underlying impacts.
The Director of Offensive Security must be proficient in managing/performing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, Red Teaming

Responsibilities of Director of Offensive Security
• Manage a team of individual penetration testers and managers
• Work with VP and various C-suite level executives as necessary to deliver security assessment findings
• Manage the scoping and assessment of security tests, findings review, and quality of work
• Proficient in managing/performing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, Red Teaming
• Participate and lead in internal projects to develop new security assessment tools, mitigate risk, and other related projects
• Knowledge of penetration testing frameworks and methodologies
• Work with technical and non-technical teams to convey findings and present potential remediation options

Qualifications
• 10 or more years of relevant work experience in the Information Security field
• 5 or more years of work experience in network, applications, system, mobile, and penetration testing
• Knowledge of penetration testing toolsets, techniques, and frameworks

• Communication skills required for technical teams as well as organizations executive team (non-technical)
• Experience leading a team as a direct manager or leader of a penetration testing group
• Relevant Penetration testing certifications: CISSP, OSCP, CRTOP, CEPT, LPT, GPEN, CPT
