Position Description

In this role, you will be responsible for varied administrative duties to support business activities for the Blessings4Ever Home Care and Home Health departments. The ideal candidate has prior administrative/clerical experience, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to support and contribute to positive business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

· Provides general administrative, clerical, and secretarial tasks to support business activities for B4E Home Care and Home Health departments.

· In collaboration with colleagues, coordinates workflow, communications, schedules, and calendars.

· Communicates effectively with colleagues and external contacts as assigned or necessary, including consumers/clients, providers, vendors, and regulatory officials.

· Answers calls from consumers and staff regarding inquiries.

· Assists as necessary to ensure workflow is efficient, completes and supports, or contributes to positive business outcomes.

· Uses technology tools, including personal computer, to improve work processes.

· Completes routine clerical and administrative procedures as assigned, including, for example, payroll data compilation, work schedules, updates to reports, file management and telephone and mail duties.

· Coordinates and prepares meetings and functions/event data including venue, attendance, supplies, and materials.

· Assists in resolving any administrative issues.

· Maintains office supplies for department.

· Assists with various departments with day-to-day tasks and goals.

· Answers phones and record messages as required.

· Works with office equipment daily (Copiers, fax, scanners etc.)

· Compiles, analyzes, and distributes reports upon request.

· Adheres to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

· Completes all other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred..

· Previous clerical experience preferred.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive and private matters.

· Must be flexible and comfortable in multiple roles.

· Ability to take direction and support colleagues, managers, and consumers.

· Ability to work well with colleagues and leadership team.

· Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

· Strong typing skills preferred.

· Possess solid verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multi-task and is detail-orientation.

· Positive attitude and reliable.

Physical Demands & Environment

Working in normal office environment, employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk, and hear. May occasionally lift objects of 10 to 25 lbs.
